Check Your Polling Station Via SMS

Voters will have to send their national identity card (NIC) number to 8300. 8300 messaging service is active for a long time for elections 2018 but it only used to provide information on the electoral area. Now ECP has updated its database, and soon a reply from 8300 will also provide details of the polling stations. The service will considerably reduce the effort required by voters to find their respective polling stations and simplify an otherwise complicated procedure.
