Huawei has projected accelerating growth despite growing distress, however, and will reward all loyal employees for working hard in the face of the ban. Huawei will reward more than 190,000 employees in 170 countries with a total of 2 billion yuan ($286 million) in bonuses. Employees without security breaches and above C will be eligible for a bonus based on their performance  As mentioned earlier, throughout the US ban, Huawei has shown undeterred results. Despite the limited international availability of its new smartphones, its financial results for Q3 showed strong success in smartphone shipments. In terms of sales, it has managed to maintain its position as the second largest smartphone company.  Furthermore, the British chip architecture company ARM will also continue to deal with Huawei as its technologies do not come from the United States.  Better yet, it is expected that the U.S. Department of Commerce will begin issuing exemption licenses to American companies willing to resume business with Huawei. Hundreds of companies have already applied for licenses, and Google is one of them, which means that smartphones from this tech giant will soon recover support for apps and services from Google.
