Uber Kiosks: Book Uber Rides without using Phone
Currently, this technology is being run as a trial at the airport. It is somewhat same as the technology used in green lights hubs. However, this technology cans also reveal speed, cost and effectiveness for streamlined operations. This Kiosk has a 32-inch LCD display featuring 10.5-inch iPad Air bottom tablet. The passenger will have to swipe the credit card, and here you go. By booking a ride on Kiosk, one can enjoy a smooth, user-friendly interface and is far more comfortable than booking a ride from a mobile. Uber kiosk is more versatile, and it makes navigation menus and form fields easier and better than before. While telling about the newly launched Kiosks, Uber said that: “A human customer support representative can walk potential driver partners through the entire onboarding process, and respond to questions immediately. It creates a more satisfying experience than waiting for an hour on the phone or chatting with a bot,” Right now Uber Kiosks are available in few malls but the company plan to expand it in different regions of the world where it is operational. Let’s wait and watch. Also Read: Uber Pitch 2019 – Implementing Your Dreams
